PROJECT MANAGER
Mr. Franz's professional background includes over 11 years of experience in
architectural design and production of construction documents for a variety
of commercial, institutional, educational, industrial, governmental facilities,
and retail.
Major projects include Retail Stores that include Blockbuster, Radio
Shack, Rhino Video Games, Zales Corporation, Movie Trading Company,
Camille’s Sidewalk Café, and Retail shell buildings for
Blockbuster, Starbucks and Other retail clients & Developers across
the US in states from California to New York.
Mr. Franz is Project Manager and is responsible for Design, Construction
Document Coordination, and Construction Administration for Blockbuster,
Rhino Video, Movie Trading Company, Game Rush, Camille’s Sidewalk
Café, and Retail shell buildings.
Mr. Franz graduated from Weatherford Junior College with an Associate
of Arts Degree and from the University of Texas at Arlington with a
Bachelor Science Degree in Architecture.
DAVID SEARL
ARCHITECT
Mr. Searl's professional background includes 28 years of design and construction experience. He has worked on a wide variety of projects to meet a myriad of client needs. His professional experience includes: post offices, retail shells, restaurant shells, university campus centers, dormitories, theaters, libraries, churches, restaurants, office buildings, office interiors, retail interiors, housing development planning, multifamily residences, and single family residences.
He combines artistic with practical hands-on construction experience to design and detailing. Mr Searl is a designer involved with all phases of the architectural process, from concept sketches to construction observation.
Mr. Searl graduated from the University of Arizona in 1978 with a Bachelor of Architecture degree. He is a Registered Architect in both Texas and Arizona and holds the NCARB Certificate..
MORRIS McINTOSH, AIA
ARCHITECT
Mr. McIntosh's professional background includes over
25 years experience in
architectural and engineering design, construction documents and
construction administration for a variety of commercial, institutional,
educational, municipal, religious and governmental facilities. Other
experience includes design and project coordinator for an acoustical
and
theater consulting firm specializing in theaters, convention centers
and
arenas. His responsibilities have included client acquisition, client
contact, project design and management, management of personnel and
consultants, specification of materials, and construction observation.
Mr. McIntosh graduated from the Univeristy of Texas at
Arlington, TX with a
Bachelor of Science Degree in Architecture. He is a Registered Architect
and
a Registered Interior Designer in the state of Texas.
Mr. McIntosh is a member of the American Institute of
Architects, the Texas
Society of Architects, and the Fort Worth Chapter/American Institute
of
Architects, where he served in a leadership capacity between 1997 and
2000.
